Physical therapy....

I had my first physical therapy appointment tonight. Can I say OWIE?!?!?!??! I am so sore tonight. Just getting to therapy at Rush is an experiment in patience on mass transit. The therapist wants me to come back for 18 appointments. I'm going to be there forever!!! Guess that just means I have to work harder when I'm not there to get the muscles to respond. Currently my left quad is gone and I can't even do a simple straight leg raise. *sigh* I'm trying the mind over matter technique, but it's just not working for me yet. Must work on my Jedi mind tricks.
