Trains and emergencies...

I was on the train this morning on the way into work when all of a sudden a man came bursting through the doors (I stand in the vestibule), shouting for the conductor. Apparently someone further back in the train was having a heart attack.

What we couldn't figure out is why they didn't stop the train at Gresham and get the poor man (or woman) off and taken to the hospital. Instead, the train made it's way into downtown where there were paramedics waiting. All I can hope is that someone back there knew CPR.
